Hi and welcome, my name's Kamara and I'm a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist.

I'm an integrative psychotherapist. I work collaboratively, listening to what you want from therapy. Together, we can explore therapeutic modalities that suit you, your goals, your values. I draw from humanistic approaches including person-centred therapy and transactional analysis. As well as cognitive-behavioural therapy and psychodynamic approaches.
