I have experience working as a Bereavement Counsellor . I have also worked with MIND with clients who have sought help for a wide range of problems such as abuse, abandonment, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties with one or both parents. I am a Relate trained Counsellor for couples having relationship difficulties.
I believe that talking to a sensitive and skilled listener can make a real difference. I also maintain that one of the most important factors in your therapy is the relationship you establish with your counsellor. Therefore, I aim to offer you a safe space, without fear of judgement to explore emotions and issues that trouble you.
