Hello, I'm The Viking Therapist aka Kai. I'm an experienced, registered Integrative Counsellor & Supervisor. I adapt therapy to suit your individual needs. I provide a tailored, down to earth approach to therapy. The space is calming and confidential, located in the LS1 area of Leeds which benefits from 2 minutes walk from a park and 5 minutes walk from the train station. Offering good transport links and various parking options from on street parking outside the office to a multi storey car park just down the road. I work with wide range of client concerns and also specialise in anxiety disorders. Reach out to discuss your needs.
I specialise in working with anxiety and anxiety disorders. I offer a safe space, free of of day to day stress where you can explore any concerns you may have without judgement. I offer a patient, considered, down to earth approach to therapy that I adapt to suit your individual needs.
