I am a BACP and NCPS (Acc.) Counsellor.
I have personal and professional specialist knowledge and experience around neurodivergence, especially Autism and ADHD.
Practicing over the years has allowed me to experience a variety of clients with diverse needs. This has informed a development in my practice to allow for a blend of approaches, providing an Eclectic counselling service that is bespoke to each client.
I primarily work with people aged 18+.

I am passionate about creating a neuro-affirming therapeutic space to help individuals feel safe enough to explore their concerns, and work collaboratively to meet their needs and goals of therapy.
As a parent with neurodivergent children and with a wonderful array of neurodivergence with my wider family, I have gained insight into the joys and challenges of navigating a neurotypical world.
