Developing an understanding of what is happening for you in a safe, supportive space, where you can begin to heal.
Understanding what Anxiety is and being able to make sense of our anxious feelings allows us to see how anxiety impacts you as an individual. Together we will work to develop effective tools that reduce intense feelings and allow you to deepen you’re understanding of yourself and learn about you’re triggers in a safe & supportive way.
Everybody struggles from time to time and this is nothing to be ashamed of. The pandemic has increased peoples fears of the unknown causing anxiety. Feelings of loss and isolation have led to low mood and depression for many, not to mention the impact that this has had on our relationships and ability to cope.
