Starting counselling can feel daunting, I want you to know that you don’t have to have everything figured out before you start, I didn't. You simply need a space where you are seen, heard, and respected, exactly as you are. Therapy doesn't work because I have the 'right' answers, it works because over time, we work together building a safe theraputic relationship, which allows difficult feelings, thoughts and experiences to be explored at your pace.
Space to heal, change and grow for all of my clients and their needs, helping with anxiety, stress, loss, relationships, work stress and much more, I also have special area expertise in Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinsons and Stroke, and their carers. Together we’ll explore your needs, build resilience, finding hope and confidence for your journey ahead.
Life can feel overwhelming when you’re carrying so much alone. My approach can be gentle or directive, empathic, but completly grounded in creating a space for you to explore your feelings at your own pace. Discovering what you need by believing in you again and I can help with that. Finding the 'expert' in you again and seeing the change in you.
