I am a Counsellor, Psychotherapist, Supervisor and Trainer with more than fifteen years of experience. My approach is Humanistic, and I will take into consideration all your needs including mental, physical, emotional, spiritual and creative. I work on many different levels, combining traditional and modern schools of Counselling, Individual and Relationship Psychotherapy and research. My role is to guide you through the challenges of being in therapy by using reflections, questions, and different creative techniques to enable you to take part in the in the process of discovering your creativity, spontaneity and potential.
I work with: Loss, change and bereavement, job and career changes, student life, relational issues, including couples therapy, abuse , post trauma recovery, self-development, difficulties, challenges and prejudices, dyslexia and dyspraxia, women’s specific issues, childlessness, relocation, creativity, artists, writers, musicians, performing artists, LGBTQ

Qualified Counsellors/ Psychotherapist Group. We are looking for one more member for a group for qualified therapists’ which meets on the 3rd Thursday of every month at 2.00 pm. Costs: £50 for 2 hours group supervision.
