Through our evolving therapeutic relationship, we can explore how you may be able to approach life's challenges with greater resilience and with the possibility for change.
I work with a broad range of issues, including anxiety and depression, relationship and identity issues, and concerns around trauma, grief and loss. Often the issues that are troubling you interrelate and are part of what it is to be human.
