I come from a clinical and psychosocial solution focused approach and you'll find me to be very empathetic and understanding of your needs in the "real world". I work with clients who have low level- mid level needs such as anxiety, stress, long term health conditions, relationship issues etc. They may wish to speak to me weekly or they may want to tap in for sessions every month on a long term basis, all of which is flexible. I also use learning preferences, coaching, hypnotherapy, art and even animals in my work.
I have my own experience in long term health conditions, family life and social situations. Not only have I qualified and trained for this but I have experienced many situations myself and it makes me more passionate to help others.
