All of us, at times, need somewhere safe to talk and be listened to. I provide therapy to both couples and individuals aged 18+. If you feel anxious, unhappy in your life or if you are going through a major life event, I offer a space for you to gain understanding of why you are feeling the way you are and how to move on or change old habits and patterns. I can help you safely explore your past and how it has influenced your present and help you find ways to start changing your future. I offer supervision to counsellors. My core training is in Humanistic Existential therapy in addition to a diploma in Trauma Counselling.
I am a qualified and experienced couples and trauma counsellor and can help you understand the impact from trauma, anxiety, depression, low self worth or any difficult change in your life. Self-awareness is key to becoming more resilient and confident. I can help you manage anxiety, triggers and flashbacks in order to start living a more fulfilling life.
