As a Specialist Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years experience, I am dedicated to providing compassionate therapy services to adults, children and parents seeking specialist support and guidance. I've worked across adult, child and family services, in NHS, charity, private and corporate sectors. As an in-house psychologist in a corporate context I am highly experienced at providing tailored psychological support to adults struggling with a range of emotional, psychological and relationship difficulties, such as anxiety, depression, burnout, imposter syndrome, stress, anger and emotional management, self esteem issues.
Working in services such as adoption and neonatal services, I am experienced supporting parents with complex needs related to their own as well as their children's needs. This ranges from behavioural and emotional difficulties, exploring significant life transitions such as becoming a parent, parenting experiences, neonatal or birth trauma, loss and grief.
I offer a warm, empathic and non-judgemental space, for individuals to feel safe to explore and make sense of the challenges they are experiencing.
