Counselling offers a container where movement and change can occur, where it's possible to find freedom and clarification around the things that weigh us down. I will work with you to identify the strategies and patterns that may restrict you living a fuller life, discover how they were formed, for what reasons and will support you to find ways to evolve and progress where change is possible.
In practice since 2014 offering short or long-term psychotherapy for adults and young people. I’m trained in Integrative, Humanistic Counselling, Breathwork, Mindfulness, Somatic informed and Systemic work enabling me to shape & modify my support to take care of your needs. I continue to work in third sector organisations and with vulnerable communities.
