Hello, I am Juliette, an integrative counsellor working with adults. Attending therapy can be supportive for many reasons. Maybe you have reached a stage where you feel it might be helpful to discuss a difficulty you are facing or to explore your sense of well-being. Perhaps you experience feelings of anxiety or overwhelm, persistent low mood or difficulties in your relationships. Maybe you have questions about your sense of identity or purpose, or you are struggling with feelings of loneliness, grief & loss, trauma, or other distressing life events.
I bring a breadth of life experience to my practice gained through 25+ years of working alongside people from a wide range of backgrounds during periods of challenge and distress. This includes time as a mental health social worker, work with a specialist trauma informed project supporting women on release from prison and my current counselling practice.
I seek to create a warm, accepting, and safe environment where you will feel able to explore what is important for you. I offer an inclusive practice that is respectful of your identity, sexuality, gender, neurodivergence, culture, beliefs and personal choices.
