Hello, I’m Jules. I'm a clinical psychologist with over 16 years’ experience in NHS mental health services. I am trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and Family Interventions for Psychosis (FIp). I offer a friendly and supportive space for you to explore and work through the problems that have brought you to therapy at this time. My approach is warm, respectful and responsible. I have a special interest in working with trauma survivors and people experiencing anxiety disorders.
I am offering EMDR psychotherapy. Some clients seek EMDR to work through specific traumas that cause distress (such as flashbacks, anxiety, and feeling ashamed), whereas others want to process past events that are keeping things stuck in the here and now. EMDR engages your brain's natural healing processes.
