These crisis moments are often a call to personal growth and development, and sometimes to find a new path in life. I can offer you a safe and non-judgemental space to explore your situation and begin to move forward.
My roots are in psychodynamic practice, though I draw from a range of approaches to help you access your 'inner world'. Most people find me easy to talk to and you might also benefit from creative work when words are not enough or seem hard to find. I offer full 60 minute sessions to allow space and depth to explore and avoid a hurried close to the session.
