Clients contact me when they have anxiety, panic attacks, grief and questions of themselves.Sometimes trauma and low self esteem can cause people to seek help.I also find life transitions are the catalyst for seeking help. Talking to me in a safe, unjudged safe space can provide the answers to unpick a lifetimes hurt and shame. Working through the jumble of memories, people who have caused you harm and spoken critical words takes its toll and won’t go away by just ignoring it. Our own self criticism can eat away at the successes. I can help you make sense of it and move forward with your life’s goals that you deserve finally.
Being a little bit quirky can help me see a different version of you. We can work creatively and understand when you might not have the words. I work particularly well with teens ( having not yet grown up- I see a different perspective!) bereavement and grief, sexuality, questioning and diversity issues. I offer a safe space to explore things at your speed.
Its hard to pick up the phone and contact a stranger for help. Its ok-I’m easygoing, friendly and a bit daft! Taking that step will reap rewards for you. My issues started me on this journey and it has helped in all areas of my life. Please get help for you-contact me for a free no obligation chat to see how we fit - sessions can be phone, video or in person -
