I’m a senior accredited psychosexual and relationship therapist with COSRT. I'm an accredited member of BACP and an accredited Supervisor with COSRT. I offer therapy to couples and individuals who wish to talk about their relationships and sexual lives and to explore any difficulties within them. Some of the relationship and sexual difficulties I work with include communication issues, affairs, separation and divorce, anxiety about dating, body confidence concerns, loss of desire, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, issues with arousal, impact of sexual abuse, compulsive behaviours, substance and pornography use.
I can help clients to find ways to achieve what they want from therapy, identify and change habits and behaviours and hopefully improve their relationships and sexual lives by working relationally with them. My approach whether it be with clients or supervisees aims to enable and work in a safe, professional way to explore ways forward and personal goals.
I understand how difficult it may seem to seek help and support for such deeply personal matters but I provide a neutral space to build trust and a working relationship to help improve my client’s lives. I have a flexible approach to sessions and welcome clients, inviting them to set the pace for what they wish to discuss. I see clients in Essex.
