I work with individuals and couples to explore relationship patterns, improve communication, and build deeper connections. I also support clients facing anxiety, grief, burnout, and stress. My approach is warm, pragmatic, and collaborative. Sessions are available online or outdoors for local clients. Through our work together, we’ll make sense of your experiences (past and present) to help you move forward with clarity, practical tools, and greater self-understanding.

I have 14 years experience of working with all manner of people and their different issues. I have a Masters in Psychodynamic therapy and PGC in Systemic therapy. I also have 15 years experience in the corporate world, and often work in a very practical and hands on way. My integrative approach means I am able to tailor our sessions to your needs.

I offer a warm and pragmatic approach. In my practice I have worked with hundreds of people; builders, CEOs, nurses, accountants - all walks of life, all backgrounds and all issues.
