I have experience with many client groups, including, neurodiverse individuals, people living with long-term health conditions, disabilities, and those who are navigating loss and bereavement.
You will be provided with a non-judgemental and empathic space to explore life’s challenges and work towards greater clarity, balance and wellbeing. As a person-centred counsellor sessions will move at your pace, and you will remain in control of what you choose to share. A trusting therapeutic relationship is fundamental to the process and your progress.
