Modern life is difficult and we can all easily find ourselves in situations where we are struggling. Perhaps with addiction, anxiety, depression, low self esteem, relationship issues, mood disorders or behavioural difficulties. Our mental health can be negatively affected. Research highlights that receiving counselling from a counsellor or psychotherapist, in a safe, non-judgemental, confidential space can help us heal and grow. I have years of experience working with people who have experienced a wide range of difficulties. I have an MSc in pluralistic counselling, which means we would work together to develop a shared understanding of what is going on for you, and draw on a number of therapeutic techniques and tasks to get you to where and how you would like to be.
