Welcome and thank you. I’m so pleased you want to find out more about my practice.
My name is Julie and I’m a qualified Integrative Psychotherapist with 7 years’ experience. I’m committed to co-creating a safe, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship. Together, we will build trust and empathy while being curious and transparent.
My therapeutic approach is designed to be supportive; I will endeavour to provide a space where you can talk openly and start to understand and resolve problems you have identified as troublesome, confusing or distressing.
Real connection and change are possible.
You may be facing personal challenges such as illness, stress, bereavement, phobia, anxiety, hopelessness, relationship difficulties, or the responsibility of supporting a child or adolescent through tough times. You may have a sense of being stuck or feeling trapped or feeling alone or desparate.
In an non judgemental space we can explore these together.
