Alongside my general counselling practice, I have specialist training in fertility counselling and am registered with both BACP and BICA. I have particular experience supporting people through fertility challenges, assisted conception, pregnancy and parenthood, relationship difficulties, loss, and the many transitions that life can bring.
I am an experienced integrative counsellor working with adults (18+) and couples. I offer a reflective and collaborative space where we can explore whatever is bringing you to therapy, whether that is a specific challenge, a significant life event, difficulties within relationships, or a growing sense that something in your life needs attention.
My approach is tailored to the individual or couple sitting in front of me. I am interested in understanding not only the difficulties you are facing, but also the wider context of your life, relationships and experiences. Together, we can make sense of what is happening, deepen understanding, and consider what moving forward might look like for you.
