Available for in person appointments and online sessions across the UK and beyond. Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, lost, or low? Repeating unhelpful patterns in behaviour, and feeling disconnected? Is your relationship with food taking over your life, or does it worsen from time to time when you’re experiencing difficulties? I can help.
I have extensive experience of working with people who are living with disordered eating and trauma. Trauma isn’t just about violence and harm, but anything that left you, especially as a child feeling vulnerable, overwhelmed, scared or alone. Trauma and its physical and psychological effects can have a big impact on health and the ability to enjoy life.
I create a safe space to enable you to explore painful, uncomfortable or traumatic experiences. I do this through developing a relationship with you, helping you to feel safe enough to explore your experiences. I work creatively helping you understand yourself and experiences, supporting you in moving towards living a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
