I have over 25 years experience in supporting people with Autism, ADHD, relationship issues, developmental trauma, CPTSD, addictions. I have a passion about neurodivergent people living life to the full. I brought up two neurodivergent children. I offer a safe, calm non-judgemental space essential for the growth of trust. I learnt how the nervous system impacts relationships, how the past plays a role in the present. In therapy you can learn how to regulate emotions, communicate effectively, set boundaries and prioritise your needs. You will empower yourself, live more authentically and learn to make choices that nourish you.
I am a relationship expert and focus on improving self esteem and confidence. You will understand your fears, learn to tolerate discomfort, deal with mood swings, manage time, initiate and complete tasks, and understand where your patterns of relating originated. You will explore your patterns, understand your triggers, learn to pause, make good decisions
