I am committed to providing a warm and affirming space for clients of all backgrounds, cultures, spiritual beliefs, genders, sexual orientations and identities.
I work with individuals navigating a wide range of experiences-anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, PTSD, and relationship issue... My focus isn't on labels, but on exploring the emotions, behaviours, and ripple effects these experiences have on your life. I am here to listen, to understand what your world is really like and help you make sense of it all.
