Hi I’m Julie I’m a qualified Integrative Counsellor and Supervisor, I have a passion for understanding and empowering individuals on their journey towards mental well-being. My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a genuine commitment to fostering positive change. I integrate a blend of person centred, cognitive-behavioural approaches to tailor therapy to your individual unique needs. I prioritize creating a warm, supportive, non judgmental environment where you can feel heard and understood.
My areas of expertise include domestic abuse and violence, sexual abuse and trauma. I work with children from age 5, teens, adults, couples and families. We will work together to help you understand your struggles and heal from anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or life transitions. I offer in person sessions, online, telephone or email.
If you're ready to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformative healing, I invite you to take the first step, contact me for a free 20 minute consultation. Together we can work on your difficulties, growing your self awareness, building resilience, and unlocking the potential for positive change. I am committed to inclusion and diversity.
