Sometimes we lose our way a little in life. Perhaps there are aspects in your life that are causing you anxiety, distress, or preventing you from moving forward? As a highly experienced MSc qualified Psychotherapist, I offer short term or long term therapy for anyone who wishes to work through their issues. This allows us an opportunity to explore thoughts and feelings in a non-judgemental confidential space, helping you to move on in life by gaining clarity, further insight and understanding of yourself.
