Whether coping with sudden loss, anticipated bereavement, suicide loss, or the pain of losing a child, I provide a safe, compassionate space to explore your emotions and begin to heal at your own pace. Losing a beloved pet can be deeply painful, as they are often much more than just animals—they are family. Emotionally, it can feel like losing a part of your own identity. A pet isn’t just an animal, they are a source of unconditional love, a companion through every high and low. I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space to help you process the unique grief of pet bereavement.
Everyone's grief journeys unique, and there is no 'right' way to grieve. Together we'll work to process your emotions, find a path toward healing, and honour your loved one in a way that feels meaningful to you.
