I am a fully qualified Child and Adolescent counsellor and a registered member of the BACP. I also work with families and adults. My training was in psychodynamic however, I have developed into an Integrative counsellor. This means, I able to adapt my counselling style to suit many different needs. I have worked with a range of issues. Including but not limited to, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, body image, eating disorders, bereavement, gender issues, ADHD, ASD, attachment issues, self harm, neglect, domestic abuse - physical, emotional and sexual. We all need to be heard and listened to. It is ok, not to be ok.
