Welcome! I offer a warm, relaxed and empathic space to help you deveIop self-understanding, compassion and acceptance . My skills, knowledge and training were achieved at the highest level available at the accredited Northern Guild in Jesmond, Newcastle. In addition to my private practice, I have experience working in a variety of therapy and psychology services; and significant experience working with grief, loss and illness, including: an NHS secondary mental health service, a national bereavement charity, and a local hospice. I am on the National Autistic Society's List of Counsellors.
I am a professionally qualified and experienced Registered Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Member of the BACP. My specialism is to work with Adults age 18 and over and/or Parents and Carers of Adults with ADHD and Autistic Spectrum Disorder. However, I do work with neurotypical clients too.
