I have over 16 years of experience as a Relational Supervisor, Counsellor and Hypnotherapist and I know that the reason you are even reading this is because you or someone you know needs help. How do we start? A simple chat, either over the phone or online. We will discuss your worries or issues and together work out the best way forward. This may be just one method or a combination of therapies. You will be in control of this and it can be changed as we progress, I offer this in a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment. Many of my clients choose to split sessions into 1/2hr Counselling and 1/2hr Hypnotherapy.
All clients are treated with respect, no problem is too big or too small. I will work with you at your own pace and help you find the solutions that will work best for you. I am able to offer appointments to suit you daytime or evenings.
I started Counselling in my local Doctors Surgery 15 years ago. I set up in private practice a year later with face to face Counselling in my home office. I realised that some clients needed more, so I trained as a Hypnotherapist 15 years ago.
