Hey! I am a Cognitive Behavior Psychotherapist. I work with clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey.
My personal journey in life has brought me to a unique position where I am able to assist others on both a professional position, as a Cognitive Behaviour Therapist, and by drawing an understanding from my own personal experiences. Each and every one of us experience life through our own perception and comprehension, therefore everyone's journey is unique.
We never ask ourselves the difficult questions. We develop unhealthy coping strategies in an attempt to prevent the need to acknowledge our difficulties. These unhealthy coping strategies can present as avoidance and procrastination and are primarily developed to protect us from experiencing the emotions we’ve attached to the memories, tasks, people, places.

Domestic Abuse/Violence Support
I currently run a Domestic Abuse support group for survivors. It is a very relaxed group where we sometimes chat and enjoy the safe space, and other times have difficult discussions where everyone feels supported and able to support.
