I am a nurse, midwife and counsellor with many years of clinical experience, and I offer both therapy and clinical supervision. I have spent my whole career sitting with people in some of life's most difficult moments; I do not shy away from the hard stuff and will meet you warmly wherever you are.
I specialise in narcissistic abuse, coercive control, anxiety and complex grief including losses that go unrecognised. I understand the particular confusion, self-doubt and bewliderment that abusive relationships leave behind, and I will help you make sense of what happened, rebuild trust in yourself, and find your way back to who you are.
I offer clinical supervision that is genuinely reflective, analytically rigorous, creative and deeply supportive. Drawing on extensive clinical experience, I offer a space where you can think freely, be challenged thoughtfully, and grow as a practitioner.
