I am a qualified Psychotherapist who specialises in CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Clinical Supervision, also integrating Mindfulness, EMDR and other evidence based therapies. I work with anxiety, generalised anxiety disorder, carers issues, abuse, bereavement, depression , family issues, phobias, stress, workplace stress, self esteem, sexuality, separation and divorce, AS, chronic illness and disability. I particularly specialise in working with trauma/PTSD using TFCBT/Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and other therapies, and have worked within a NHS Trauma Clinic.
