Reaching out for help can sometimes feel like the last resort and finding the right help can change your life. With over 10 years of experience in working with adults and young people in a variety of settings my aim is to provide a confidential, non-judgmental space for you. I can support clients with bereavement, depression, eating issues, anxiety, relationships, anger and would be happy to answer any questions you may have.
My Core training is in Person-Centered Therapy and I have a keen interest in personal and professional development and gained certificates and additional training in Art Therapy, CBT, Bereavement, The Power of Self Esteem, boundaries, Anti-Discriminatory Practice & Diversity, Ethical Dilemmas and Childhood Trauma.
I began my training in 2006 and gained a BA (Hons) in counselling and Psychotherapy and initially started counselling at MIND, a mental health charity in 2008. Then moved onto work at Havering and Brentwood Bereavement Services counselling both adults and children in a variety of settings.
