As an Integrative, BACP accredited counsellor I am qualified to use different theoretical models to meet your therapeutic needs. One approach may not suit all. These models include Transactional Analysis, CBT, or the Psychodynamic approach, which support short or longer term work. I can help you work through any challenges that may affect your wellbeing.
I have professional and personal experience, working with autism and neurodiversity. Carers, and I am familiar with the stress that caring roles can create.
