My background is in Mental Health with over 20 years experience as a Mental Health Nurse working within the NHS and private sector. I have supported many individuals from children and young people to older adults. That has given me the experience and ability to work with a wide variety of mental Health issues.
I am an integrative counsellor incorporating a person centred and psychodynamic approach which enables me to build a unique therapeutic relationship by adapting the therapy tailored to the individual needs. I am here to help you by looking at past events, present difficulties and hopes for the future leading to positive change.
