I am a counsellor and psychotherapist, offering online and face to face appointments. Counselling is usually short-term, focusing on specific issues, whereas psychotherapy involves longer-term work addressing deep-rooted issues. I specialise in working with children and young people, and currently work in Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) for NHS in Dorset and I am a counsellor for Mosaic - the Children's bereavement charity. I was previously the Health Justice Lead for REACH Drug & Alcohol services for four years and I specialise in trauma, having worked in refuge and the Sexual Trauma and Recovery charity STARS.
