Whether you are coming to therapy for the first time or seeking a new way of looking at things, your reason for coming to therapy is unique to you. I aim to work collaboratively with you to discover meaning of current distress or patterns of behaviour which you may be finding difficult, through its association with past relationships and experiences. My goal is to help you feel like a more confident, authentic version of yourself who will be better equipped to deal with difficult feelings in the future.
As an Art Psychotherapist, I offer a space where children, adolescents and adults can use art making in combination with talking. I can help with all sorts of challenges you may face, including anxiety, loss, personal development or LGBTQ+ issues. I work flexibly in my approach to meet your individual needs, with a psychodynamic theoretical underpinning.
Please feel free to contact me for more information on how we might work together. No previous experience of art making is necessary. Please note that I will have limited availability for online work on Friday only.
