I believe a good personal connection is of vital importance, and hence offer our initial session for free. With so many years in the field I'll almost certainly have experience with whatever you bring, and I'll listen fully and without judgement. Clients often say it's a huge relief to finally share, as the root of so much pain lies in an awful sense of isolation and shame, a feeling of 'What's wrong with me?' We find ourselves nursing a raw wound yet dread being seen as needy or vulnerable. It’s hard reaching out for help, but we consult professionals in all other areas so why not here where it actually matters the most.
With many years experience I can help you express and fully face up to your concerns, whilst also being kind and compassionate to yourself. The resulting strength and insight will enable you to find a way forward that feels right for you. As a qualified homeopath I offer free homeopathic remedies, useful if PMS or health issues are adding to your distress.
It's natural to feel nervous about coming. I've experienced life, including serious illness and am now a grandmother and also run therapy groups. You won't shock me, and your concerns are real not trivial. Many clients dread being seen as self obsessed, when in fact it takes tremendous courage to honestly own what matters us and take action accordingly.
