I hold the overarching concept that life's challenges alongside our innate longing to live more abundantly offer opportunities for transformation. This can be difficult work but the benefits can be great.
The blend of robust boundaries, a contained environment and the cadence of regular weekly meetings together with my deep respect for, and interest in, the mystery and miracle of your psyche and the different motivations that inspire you, mean that we can contemplate your change and growth in a way that is impartial, relevant and gentle.
I make use of knowledge from different psychotherapeutic schools in the exploration of your experiences but it is the collaborative and trusting relationship between us that is instrumental in this process.
