I'm a Psychotherapeutic counsellor and coach supporting those who want to reconnect with their inner strength, move past what's holding them back, and step into the life they want to lead. My work is about helping you reconnect with your inner strength, feel more like yourself again, and move towards a life that feels meaningful and fulfilling, no matter what stage you're at in your life. Together, we'll work through what's important to you, be it your current challenges, past trauma, or self-limiting beliefs holding you back. I will help you understand what's going on beneath the surface and give you the tools to heal and grow.
I draw on a wide range of therapeutic models to support you, including: • cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) • psychodynamic therapy • humanistic therapy • pluralistic therapy • mindfulness-based practices • coaching models and interventions By blending elements from counselling and coaching, I offer a holistic, integrated framework.
Our work will always move at your pace, in partnership. I will support you with honesty, appropriate challenge, and practical tools as you make sense of where you are and where you want to go.
