Hi, I’m Julia. If you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood or feeling stuck, you’re not alone — and you don’t have to face it on your own. I offer a calm, thoughtful space where we can explore what’s going on for you and work together to help you feel more in control. I work with adults experiencing a wide range of concerns, with a keen interest in relationships and ADHD. My approach is collaborative with and tailored to you — informed by therapeutic theories and models to meet your unique needs.
I believe our relationships — past and present — shape the way we see ourselves and others. Whether you’re dealing with a recent breakup, family conflict, or recurring patterns in your connections with others, we can work together to make sense of these experiences and develop healthier, more fulfilling ways of relating.
