Because you're here, I imagine that things are feeling difficult. I work in an Integrative way, to help you to unpick complex feelings you may have about yourself and the way you live now.
I offer weekly, 50-minute sessions in a safe, consistent, confidential and non-judgemental space. Together, we will look at the roots of how your problems developed and how those experiences may be affecting your life today. We can think carefully about how things might change, so that you can live your life in a different way.
It's not easy to reach out and ask for help, but the fact you are here means that you are thinking about making a change. Counselling can give you a greater sense of who you are and how you connect with others. Being with a counsellor who can listen and respond in a certain way can help create meaningful change in your life and help you flourish as a person.
