I believe the secret to successful therapy is the therapeutic relationship, so I suggest you contact a few therapist and see if you 'click'. A lot of my clients come to me with anxiety, depression or relationship issues, many have terminal illnesses, trauma or identity issues, so I use an integrated approach that allows a flexible treatment that is tailored specifically to their needs. I offer a full range of talking therapies, while I specialise in more creative modalities, as sometimes words are just not enough and it's more about feeling safe with someone you trust as you work through your difficulties.
For years I have used both talking and creative methods to help clients look deep inside. I'm experienced at working with complex cases, anxiety, trauma, gender identity, relationship and sexual issues, anger and depression. I work with strict boundaries of confidentiality, and honesty, and will tailor sessions, face to face or online out of hours to suit.
I know how hard finding the right therapist can be, when you know, you know. I don't charge for an initial meeting online or over the phone, so you can decide if I'm the right fit for you.
