Hi, I'm Jules and I offer affordable counselling in the Maidstone area. Sometimes we all need to reach out for support, and often the people around us are too busy, or too close to the problem to help, leaving us feeling alone and isolated. I offer a safe, confidential space for you to fully explore how you are feeling and help you resolve the issues. I am an integrative counsellor, using a number of different counselling modalities including cognitive and psychotherapy. This means I can tailor how I work with you to create a truly personalised plan in response to your needs.
With over 20 years of working in therapeutic settings, I offer a wealth of experience. I currently counsel for MIND, working with anxiety & depression connected to past and present trauma. I also have over 15 years experience working with youth/young adult issues, ADHD & Autism, and prior to that worked in addiction recovery.
The process of starting counselling is often daunting and it is important you feel I am right counsellor for you. I offer all new clients a 15 minute introductory call to give them the opportunity to ask questions and find out a little more about the counselling process with no obligation to take the process further.
