Hi, I'm Jules and I offer in-person counselling to adults, children and couples in the Maidstone and surrounding Kent area. I am an integrative counsellor working with a wide range of psychotherapeutic techniques including person-centred, cognitive, existential and psychodynamic. This means I can tailor how I work to create a truly personalised plan in response to your needs. I have worked in therapeutic & educational settings for over 25 years, gaining a wide range of experience, and work in a warm, empathic way, giving you the space you need to talk.
I specialise in working with anxiety & depression connected to past and present trauma. I have over 15 years experience working with youth/young adult issues, especially issues around living with neurodiversity. Prior to that I worked therapeutically in addiction recovery and residential support.
