I’m an experienced psychotherapist/counsellor and psychosexual and relationship therapist working in person in Worthing and online. I work with adults (18+) individually or couples/relationships who have a range of life experiences including trauma/abuse, chronic illness, alcohol issues, sexual health, sexuality and gender. I work with people from a range of cultural backgrounds including queer, poly and and kink communities, neurodiversity, asexuality, and people who identify or questioning across the gender spectrum. I am committed to providing an inclusive, safe and confidential space.
I offer a genuinely accepting, empathic and safe space for us to explore your feelings, experiences, thoughts and memories. I will not tell you what to do but together at your pace we can explore your concerns.
You may have experience of being in counselling or it may be something that you are just considering. I understand how daunting it can be to contact a stranger when you may be finding life to be difficult. I offer an initial phone call to explore together any questions that you may have. Availability in the daytime and evenings.
