About

I currently offer individual and relationship/couples therapy online. I work with people with a range of experiences and issues including drug and alcohol, chronic illness, trauma and abuse, neurodiversity, gender and sexuality. You may not be sure why you are feeling drawn to counselling but something may not feel quite right now in your life. I work with people who are gay, queer, trans, bi, straight, cis, kink and sexuality/gender questioning or relationship diverse. I am experienced in working with the Trans community and partners of Trans people. I am committed to providing an inclusive, welcoming, safe and confidential space.
I offer a type of therapy called ‘Person-Centred’. It is a non-medical, non-judgmental, non-directive approach to therapy. I offer a genuinely accepting, empathic and safe space for us to explore your feelings, experiences, thoughts and memories. I will not tell you what to do but together at your pace we can explore your concerns.
You may have experience of being in counselling or it may be something that you are just considering. I understand how daunting it can be to contact a stranger when you may be finding life to be difficult. I offer an initial phone call to explore together any questions that you may have. Availability in the daytime, evenings & weekend mornings.
