Dr Judith Zur is a highly specialist clinical psychologist and Marital/Family therapist and Social Anthropologist with over thirty years’ experience of providing psychological and counselling interventions, consultation and supervision in the NHS and non-statutory settings in the UK and abroad. She is a caring and professional person experienced working successfully with individuals of all ages, couples and families on a wide range of issues both in her private consultation room and online. Judith´s therapeutic approach is non-judgemental, collaborative, empathic and person/couple-centred.
I have worked in this field for many years and have an extensive range of tools, my approach is integrative, including, systemic therapy, CBT, DBT, compassion therapy, mindfulness and attachment based therapy. I work with a wide range of issues e.g. anxiety, depression ad childhood trauma, marital conflict and parenting issues. I also work cross culturally.
My work begins with you (if you come as an individual or each of you, if you come as a couple/family) with the issues you would like to address and learning what best outcome of our work together would look like for you.
