Are you struggling with addiction, anxiety, depression, important and/or difficult decisions, relationship issues, any other issue/issues? I am a BACP registered integrative therapist who is passionate about people's well-being. I believe we all have the capability and drive within us to live our best lives, however, due to various circumstances this can become diminished. I believe our past affects our present and can affect our future, in addition to often being a contributory factor to our diminished drive and capabilities.
My role as an integrative therapist is to give you the space to explore your past and present so that you can make an informed choice as to how you live in your present and in your future.
I understand that this journey can be, and often is, very difficult and uncomfortable; I am here to help you through it. You and your well-being are at the heart of our work together; I believe it takes great bravery and courage to start exploring your difficulties.
